She covered for ESPN from the stands of college football matches from 2000 to 2006. She reported on for the College World Series as well as the Women's Tennis Association's tours championships as well as the Men's College Basketball tournament and NCAA Women's competition. Flanagan was a SportsCenter reporter covering games for the Lakers Dodgers Angels UCLA USC, and Chargers.
